LEAP

Privacy Policy

Overview

LEAP ("the app") is a casual iOS game developed by Cameron Cooper ("we", "us"). This policy describes what data the app collects, why, and how it is handled.

Data We Collect

1. Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

The app displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

If you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, this data may be linked to your identity for third-party advertising purposes. If you deny the prompt, AdMob receives a zeroed identifier and cannot track you across other apps.

For details on how Google handles ad data, see Google's Privacy Policy.

2. Game Center User ID

If you are signed in to Apple Game Center, the app reads your Game Center display name and player ID to display your score on the leaderboard. This data is linked to your Apple ID and is used solely for app functionality (leaderboard). We do not store or transmit it to any server other than Apple's Game Center service.

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, health data, financial information, browsing history, search history, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

Data Storage

Your game progress (high score, collected stars, unlocked skins, and settings) is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.

Third-Party Services

Each service is governed by its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

Children's Privacy

The app is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ad content is configured to comply with Apple's guidelines for age-appropriate advertising.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date below.
